On Tuesday, March 9, we will be holding our Precinct Conventions. We've decided it would be best to hold them all in one place. The purpose will be to elect delegates to the 2010 County Convention.
Tuesday, March 9, 2010 (7th day after primary election day)
Precinct conventions held for parties nominating by convention. (Secs. 181.061(c), 182.005).

who is elegible and how are they nominated?
To Be A Delegate At County Convention 2010...
... the rule is - One cannot have voted in a Primary for that election cycle.
If you cannot attend a Precinct Convention to become a County Convention delegate, no problem. Show up at the County Convention with your Dallas County voter registration card in your hand and request to be seated as a delegate. The sitting delegates will then vote Yea or Nay. Bring your A game.
